Anything that has to do with your health, really needs to be addressed by a professional. I would suggest going to a GNC store, but then again they are not doctors. Go to the produce isle of any grocery store. Get brocoli,parsley and pineaple juice. You can either eat them raw or make a smoothy with them. There's no side effects,unless you abuse it,which will give you diarrhea. If you get diarrhea,then your colon's getting cleansed. Therefore there are no bad side effects.
