Yes, I do them regularly. They are very good for getting rid of the junk in your bady and allowing your body to work properly. You can go to a healthfood store to get them. I find them effective. I have lost 30 lbs over the past 3 years without even trying. I feel a whole lot better too. You need to remember to take vitamins to replenish what you lose in a cleanse.
