Do you have to be careful with Internal Body Cleansing supplements?

I brought this dietary supplement from Trader Joe's called body cleanse which detoxify your intestine, liver, gall bladder and digestive system. It is a two week formula and basically take it at the same time actually not at the same time some you take at night and some in the morning in the first week and second week you take them morning and night except the digestive formula which you take at night only.





If I am taking blood pressure medicine would this affect the effectiveness of the medicine and are these good things to take periodically to cleanse the inside of your body





Also what do you think of body cleansing product and if we needed to do it periodically?
