Drink lots of water and go easy on the salt; to prevent kidney stones or mineral deposits (if there's history in your family) at least once a week drink a glass of water with tablespoon of white vinegar.
Tap water will be fine, less sugary drinks, less saturated fat too, give your liver a break.

What do you mean by ';cleanse your kidneys.'; They are self cleaning as long as you are reasonably healthy and don't let yourself become dehydrated. When you're thirsty, drink something. Water is best, but any normally available liquid meant for human consumption is fine. Well, go easy on hard booze!
