Renal transplanted persons should be more careful in thier diet. Ther are many a details to be analysed before answering your query, like, the state of their immunity (Most of them will be under cyclosporin a, the immuno supressants), sodium,potassium,BUN,creatinin etc., are to be considered, before answering your question.
Hence, it is always better for patients of renal transplantation to get an advice from their Nephrologists regarding any doubts in their mind related to or not related to the kidneys.
