a 9-day it's tuff I've done it. if for the serious jump in and do it kind. I lost 13 lbs and 17 inches in 9
days .. yea it's true I was 174 now I'm down to 160 its been
awhile I've gained some weight back but my size isint
coming back yet so I've been building muscle . I did a 9 day
cleanse 3 months ago I will be starting another 9-day on the

I'd guess yes since you are probably eating less calories (and are probably hungry). Once you eat regularly again, the weight comes back.
Only while you are doing it. The second you start eating again, not only will you gain it right back, but, most likely even more (since your metabolism slows down during the fasting stage, it will be still slow after %26amp; you will gain alot more)

You can buy just the cleanse, but to really get the best results you should go for a 9 day.
