I have heard of several products that claim to cleanse your intestines, etc. Do these work? If so, what is the best kind? What are some of the risks/ Benefits?Do those internal cleansing products work?

The best internal cleanser is by far Apple Cider Vinegar. Just a few table spoons in water a couple times a day will do. No risks at all!
