Is it worth ne doing a cleanse for parasites and oxygenising,colon cleanse?

Thanks, I feel like crap, I am an emotional mess so wondering if it wold help...Is it worth ne doing a cleanse for parasites and oxygenising,colon cleanse?
The intestines are common niches for the spread of parasites. This simply means that parasites basically make their lives easier and fruitful by affecting the intestinal walls. You do not have to deal with parasites as long as you prevent them from dwelling over your system. Health practices, nutrition, and yes, even food preparation is important in your daily living. Always think of ways on how to stop parasites with or without the help of colon cleansing. Once you have cleansed your colon, parasites will no longer find a way to fit in. What鈥檚 more is that you may totally get rid of their possible build-ups in the future.Is it worth ne doing a cleanse for parasites and oxygenising,colon cleanse?
No, it is not worth it. Because colon cleansing is rubbish, and potentially dangerous. Your colon is not dirty.

From Wiki:

';No scientific evidence supports the alleged benefits of colon cleansing. The bowel itself is not dirty and barring drugs or disease, cleans itself naturally without need for assistance. Some types of colon cleansing present potential hazards; the equipment used during colon cleansing has caused damage to the rectum in a small number of individuals, and caused amoebiasis when improperly sterilized. Certain enema preparations have been associated with heart attacks and electrolyte imbalances. Frequent colon cleansing may interfere with the proper functioning of the colon and can lead to dependence on laxatives or enemas to defecate. Some herbs used may also interact with or reduce the effectiveness of prescription drugs.';

';Colon cleansing may disrupt the balance between bacteria and natural chemicals in the bowel, and may interfere with the colon's ability to shed dead cells. Other rare but serious complications include gastrointestinal perforation from improper insertion, and amoebic infection from poorly sterilised equipment. Some colon cleansing regimes disrupt fluid and electrolyte balance which may lead to dehydration and salt depletion, whilst repeated or excessive cleansing programs can lead to anemia and malnutrition. Excessive use of enemas have also been associated with cardiac problems such as heart failure, and heart attacks related to electrolyte imbalances when used with coffee. The frequent use of enemas or other colon cleansing tools may lead to dependence and an inability to defecate without assistance or withdrawal symptoms.';
