Does anyone do the oil cleansing method on their face?

I am going to give this a go but i am reading conflicting things on what is the best oil to use mixed with the castor oil, should i use sunflower oil or olive oil? any advice would be great!Does anyone do the oil cleansing method on their face?
Sunflower seed oil and olive oil do pretty much the same thing.


I choose to use (extra virgin) olive oil, simply because it is both cheaper, and easier to find.
