Is there any truth in the whole Colon & parasite cleanse thing?

i mean surely if were all running around with parasites and all this plaque in our bowels we'd all be ill.Is there any truth in the whole Colon %26amp; parasite cleanse thing?
i think it,s a crock of sh....... i,ve had colonoscopies, and a colon resection. no doc ever suggested a colon cleanse. if you eat a balanced diet, and drink the proper amounts of liquid, your colon is self cleaning.Is there any truth in the whole Colon %26amp; parasite cleanse thing?
No, it is a hoax. It actually causes those gloppy masses they show in the ads; you wouldn't pass one if you didn't take the ';colon cleanser';
I think it is just a play for marketing but hey if it works i may have to try it.
You can do colon cleansing even if you don't have parasites in your body. The reasons for gaining these benefits from colon cleansing (like weight loss and improved healt) are quite simple, removing waste that has built up on the inside of your colon. This built-up waste causes toxins to be released into your blood stream. In turn, the toxins cause your immune system to function less effectively and you become more susceptible to illness. In essence, when you cleanse your colon, you are detoxifying your body.
It's all a lot of hoopla. Parasites are common in countries where people don't have clean drinking water, not in developed countries. Our colon does a perfect job of cleaning itself unless were constipated or low on fiber. This is just another easy answer being sold to people who like to be told what they want to hear.
