Hair cleanse using Olive Oil?

Ok a few days ago I heard about this hair cleanse and all you do is use Olive Oil. Apparently you use it after the winter because your hair is all dry and it moisturizes it? Anywhoo, I really wanted to do it. I know its not the winter and my hair isn't damaged or anything (it's actually quite shiny and healthy). I just like keeping it that way. So if anyone knows more about the cleanse please let me know! Step-by-step directions would be awesome (best answer will be included if you do step-by-step). I heard that too. I have very good and shiny hair as well and i try a bunch of things on my hair to keep it that way to...so i heard about the olive oil but i was afraid about using it because its so greasy, so i tried a little on my ends and found that it was to greasy for my hair and it took a while to get out, so instead i used mayo. Mayo didn't make my hair as soft and shiny as i thought it would. Now i actually use Victoria Secret products called So Sexy on my hair. I use warm olive oil on my hair to restore moisture once a week, and twice a week in the winter time. I don't know if it cleans it, but it really does moisturize it.





It works really well for me.
