I'm assuming that you're referring to SK-II facial treatment essence which many have referred to as their ';holy water';. It is not a cleansing oil but rather a toner which works well on problem skins. I have used it for almost a year and while I noticed the Cate Blanchett glow, tighter pores and smoother skin I now have I could not vouch for its blackheads removing quality. That said, Shu Uemura makes really good cleansing oils which are gentle on the skin - this might be what you are after. They have been around for ages and are now somewhat a cult classic.
