Since taking anxiety meds my skin has gotten pretty bad. I use c.o. bigolow cleanser twice a day and a light moisturizer. i've read a lot about oil cleansing and have tried it twice, but I always do it for a couple days and then stop, afraid the oil is making me break out worse. Any tips/thoughts?Oil Cleansing and Acne?
either see a dermatologist and get prescribed benzaclin cream and differin gel (they both work wonders i use them) or go to the store and use hydrogen peroxide .3% it will outdew ANY other acne over the counter medication. dip a q-tip in the bottle and then rub wherever your breaking out and lay down for ten minutes to let it settle it will tingle a bit but its just doing its job. just be sure to moisturize after about an hour so the skin doesn't dry out too much. but even just a stridex pad should do it for cleansing.Oil Cleansing and Acne?

Take care of all your skin probs in one step by an AMAZING wash called Purity Made Simple by Philosophy. Since using it, my skin is cleaner, a lot less dry, AND less pimply! No harsh ingredients, either..and it takes EVERYTHING off, make-up wise. Try it!
first thing about acne is that u hav 2 eat healthy u cant be eating greasy foods whatever u eat comes out in ur face. u need 2 wash ur face 1ce or 2ce a day and drink a lot of water, water keeps ur face hydrated and that helps with the acne
Go get some acutain- everything else is a waste- trust me
In your case, drink a lot of water ... like 8 glasses a day. You'll notice your complextion clear up instantly, and with oil development, just make sure you wash your face daily and not wipe your oil with your hands since they do contain bacteria and will increase your breakouts by clogging your pores. Also, make sure you are using a cleanser and moisturizer that is oil-free, and does not clog pores, and find a toner that is alcohol free, to help with your sensitivity. Good luck, and just remember acne is a temporary step in an individuals life, you just have to maintain a healthy diet, and a good habit of washing your face and showering.
