Oil Cleansing Method, something wrong?

Okay, so my 17 year-old brother has been using the oil cleansing method for about 3 weeks now, and although his pimples have been clearing up, his blackheads have gotten way worse. They are much bigger and there are more of them, not to mention his pores got bigger.





He has mid-oily to high-oily skin. So my question is this: What is going wrong - and how do we fix it? Also, should my brother stop doing the oil cleansing method, or stick with it?

well which oil is he using? because people who use olive oil and have oily skin already tend to get more blackheads, try using less oil and if that doesn't work, try using a different oil like coconut or sweet almond. also have him try exfoliating with sugar and an oil mixed together, that usually helps my pores.Oil Cleansing Method, something wrong?
when using this method..itll bring out all the nasty gunk that was clogging your pores..so during the first tries you will break out becus your skin is adjusting to so much purifying...(i cant really explain but i hope you understand) but after a while you should clear up and you should see the ppositive-ness =D
