I would say its your moisturizer. Most oil free moisturizers have things that are very sticky such as prop glycol and glycerin. i have had to try several different moisturizers to find a non sticky one. for very oily skin, you probably dont even need or want a moisturizer, unless your skin becomes dry and flaky from the toner.Why does the skin become sticky after cleansing,toning and moisturising(inspite of using all oil-free products
it is probably what you use to clean your face
