Is using the master cleanse diet the same as using castor oil for a 10 day period or is colon cleanse a better?

I take some psyllium powder or capsules morning and evening on a doctor's advice. Seems to work well. Can't help you with the castor oil thing. I use a colon cleanse from Silver Creek Labs. See second website reference - she wrote about master cleanse diet also.
